Kyle

Kyle Falken is a twelve-year-old boy from Odyssey who, while exploring a ruined house in the woods with his sister Anna, tumbles through its floor into the strange kingdom of Marus, a world where two moons hang in the sky. There he saves the life of General Darien, the land's most beloved soldier, and is hailed as a hero. Kyle possesses a strange warning sickness - a feeling that alerts him to danger - and learns he has been brought to this world by the Unseen One to serve as Darien's protector. Quick-thinking and brave, he rides at the general's side through war and exile, though he is often homesick and longs to find a way back to Odyssey. His closest bonds are with Darien and with Anna, who receives visions of her own.
