Anna

Anna is a ten-year-old girl from Odyssey who tumbles through a ruined house into Marus, a strange kingdom under two moons. Separated at first from her brother Kyle, she is wrongly branded a spy and nearly sold as a slave. A mysterious Old Judge rescues her, shelters her, and teaches her about the Unseen One. Anna learns she was brought to this world for a purpose. She is a voice, given visions of whatever the Unseen One chooses to show her. Quiet and easily frightened, she is at first too afraid to share what she sees. Her eyes change from brown to blue and green, the sign of the chosen. Her visions guide General Darien, the beloved soldier hunted by his jealous king, and she learns to trust the Unseen One even when she is afraid.
