Robert Mitchell

Robert Mitchell, known to nearly everyone as Mitch, is a handsome young employee in the public relations department of Novacom, a slick media company whose arrival stirs up suspicion in Odyssey. When he first walks into Whit's End, Connie Kendall is instantly smitten. The two grow close, though Connie sometimes struggles to square her feelings with his work for a company many in town distrust. Mitch is friendly, patient, and good-humored, taking Connie's accident-prone enthusiasm in stride. He is also a man of faith, and he invites her to help him lead a Bible study. He gets along well with John Avery Whittaker, parting from him as a friend even when Novacom and Whit's End are at odds.
