Brooke Myers

Brooke Myers is a young girl in Odyssey, the daughter of Julie Myers and the little sister of Eric. She comes to town when her mother moves the family there and finds work at Whit's End. The family carries a painful secret: Brooke's father is in jail, and she misses him dearly. Though she tries to keep the truth hidden, her feelings eventually spill out through her tears. Brooke is tender-hearted and curious, and she thinks seriously about big questions. She once writes to Kids Radio to ask Whit whether everyone goes to heaven no matter what. She is also playful and full of energy, forever pulling her friend Danny Schmidt away from piano practice for baseball, soccer, or the latest Mothman comics.
