Archie Haggler

Archie Haggler is a carnival owner in Odyssey, known around town as Uncle Archie. A junkyard on the edge of town also bears the Haggler name. Behind the fairground games, he is a figure in the Green Ring, a network of counterfeiters preparing to move fake cash through a carnival auction. He is mysterious and evasive. When Whit and Detective Polehaus question him, he offers nothing but excuses. He is also ruthless and deeply suspicious. He gives orders to the shadowy Skint, and he is willing to have anyone in the operation's path removed - by whatever means necessary. He grew distrustful of the criminal known as Stiletto and demanded that the man be cut out of the operation for good.
