Rodney Rathbone

Rodney Rathbone is the resident bully of Odyssey and the leader of the Bones of Wrath, a gang of kids who terrorize the other children in town. He picks on smaller kids, cheats on tests, tells lies, and cooks up schemes that range from stolen answer keys to faked thefts. His reputation for dishonesty is so well earned that few people believe him even when he tells the truth. Rodney is the son of Bart Rathbone, the scheming owner of the Electric Palace, and his mother is Doris. He often serves as his father's partner in shady plans, though he is just as willing to turn on him. Favorite targets include Isaac Morton and Mandy Straussberg, whose stubborn kindness occasionally troubles his conscience.
