Traci Needlemeyer

Traci Needlemeyer is a young girl in Odyssey and a friend of Donna Barclay. She is a regular at Whit's End, where she is known as a skilled model builder. Her prized creation is the Silver Streak, a model train engine built to perfection with its own working motor. Traci also plays in the Odyssey Girls Softball League as a member of the Stingrays. She wants badly to win, and she can nurse a grudge when she feels wronged. Even so, her conscience runs deeper than her competitive streak. When her coach, Bart Rathbone, pushes the team to win by cheating, she walks off the field rather than play his way. She then brings the injured Robyn Jacobs a game ball signed by every player on both teams.
