Leon Wankel
Leon Wankel is the owner and operator of Wankel Automotives, an auto repair business in the town of Odyssey. He makes his living keeping the community's vehicles running, and Odyssey gives him plenty to work with. The town's automotive life includes aging pickups with faulty brakes, fender-benders repaired in secret, and a fifty-dollar convertible loaded with three years of dubious student improvements. Work of that kind tends to find its way to a repair shop's door. Wankel himself is a background figure rather than a central one. He turns up where the cars are, on the practical edges of the bigger events unfolding around his neighbors.
