Courtney Vincent

Courtney Vincent is a teenage girl in the town of Odyssey. She spends much of her time at Whit's End and attends Connie Kendall's Bible study. She is friends with Sam Johnson, and her closest friends include Erica and Jenny Roberts, who is blind. Courtney is spirited and ambitious. She has run for student council president, raised money for her youth group, and once dreamed of becoming a ballerina before a knee injury ended that hope. She can be competitive and self-absorbed, especially around her cousin Hannah, with whom she has been compared since they were babies. Even so, she is quick to own up to her faults. With guidance from John Avery Whittaker, she learns hard lessons about honesty, selflessness, and trusting God when prayers go unanswered.
