Detective Aldridge
Aldridge is a detective with the Odyssey Police force. He works in a small town where much of daily life revolves around Whit's End, the shop run by Whit. Odyssey's police handle everything from schoolyard trouble to genuine crime. They have stepped in when a girl was stalking and beating a young boy, and they have led away a man who plotted against his own family. In matters like these the legwork often starts with Whit, who digs through old newspapers, blueprints, and town records until the pieces fall into place. The police then arrive to finish the job.
