Reggie Fingers is a career criminal in London who works loyally for the terrorist Mr. Grote. He sees through Jason Whittaker's disguise as the Grinder and builds an elaborate trap to frame him as a traitor. Reggie hires Sue to assist with a staged kidnapping, then refuses to let the streetwise orphan walk away once she has served her purpose. His thugs join the police in hunting Jason across the city. Reggie is cunning, ruthless, and determined to extract information that will protect Grote's plans. His ability to manipulate evidence and people makes him a dangerous obstacle during Jason's undercover attempt to expose the criminal network.
