Captain Richard Quinn

Richard Quinn is the captain of the police in the town of Odyssey. As the department's head, he takes charge whenever serious trouble breaks out, from bomb threats to robberies and kidnappings. He is a steady, hands-on leader. During one emergency, he works at the scene himself while John Whittaker is trapped in a jammed elevator with a bomb ticking nearby. He also shows a sharp investigative mind. When a bookstore robbery, a kidnapping, and a stolen car all strike at once, he is the one who recognizes that the crimes are connected and that money was never the real target. He works alongside Detective Pat Ethan, a specialist in blind witnesses, and leads his officers in a race to a condemned ironworks to stop a demolition and secure the kidnappers' hideout.
