Professor Bovril
Bovril is a professor allied with Dr. Regis Blackgaard, one of the schemers working against the town of Odyssey. He operates alongside Philip Glossman, an official who once plotted against Tom Riley's farm. Bovril first appeared in town posing as a state inspector. Under that cover, he and Glossman gained access to the newly discovered Underground Railroad tunnel beneath Whit's End. Down in the dark, the pair found exactly what they had come looking for. Their visit gave Glossman grounds to declare the tunnel hazardous and demand further testing. Through such maneuvers, Bovril serves Blackgaard's larger designs on whatever lies buried beneath the building.
