Darkness Before Dawn

Something dark is stirring in Odyssey. Vandals strike in the night - broken windows, spray paint, stolen bikes - and no one knows who is behind it. Then the trouble grows: a scandal threatens the mayor, strange inspectors circle the old tunnel beneath Whit's End, and soon the beloved shop itself is padlocked shut. With Whit far away, it falls to Jack, Jason, Connie, Eugene and their friends to fight back... but how do you battle an enemy who hides in shadow? Their answer begins quietly, with secret acts of kindness - a mended fence, a scrubbed monument, little pools of water against the fires. Yet this is more than a contest of good deeds; it is a war for the soul of the town. Can the light hold on until morning... or will Odyssey be lost in the darkness before dawn?
