Little Red Riding Hood

Little Red Riding Hood is a resident of Cozy Creek who has good reason to fear Wally the Big Bad Wolf after his attack on her grandmother. When Parson Brown invites Wally to church, Red worries that his apparent change may be another trick. A letter from the wolf includes an apology and money for therapy and damaged clothing, showing an effort to make amends. Red remains cautious but agrees to hear him in person. After Wally exposes Ralphie Pig's criminal scheme and asks forgiveness, she grants it and invites him to share food with the community. Thoughtful rather than gullible, Red shows that forgiveness can coexist with honest concern about trust. Mercy opens a door, while changed behavior must continue proving that repentance is real.
