FBI Agent

The FBI Agent embodies the federal government's presence in Odyssey during the long investigation of Novacom and its enforcer Bennett Charles. His work is serious and often unwelcome. With fellow agents he seized Whit's computer and brought Whit and Connie in for questioning. During that interview the agents spread out photographs of Bennett Charles and of Monica Stone, a gun-for-hire spy who had posed as a telephone worker to bug Whit's End. When Novacom's plan to control people's minds through radio waves came to light, the Bureau raided the company's offices. The agency also exerts a personal pull on the town. Connie urged Mitch to follow his calling and join the FBI, tying its work to the people of Odyssey.
