William Rusk

Dr. William Rusk is a famous visiting surgeon whose medical reputation conceals his work for the organization targeting Jason Whittaker. He implanted a device in Jason's brain that transmits classified information, then arranged to perform the surgery meant to remove it. While other doctors try to save Jason, Rusk plans to restore the chip and preserve the enemy's access. Connie recognizes the danger and warns the operating team before he can complete the betrayal. Rusk then draws a gun but is stopped by another doctor's well-timed syringe. His skill and respectable position make him especially dangerous because he can enter a hospital operating room under the appearance of helping his victim.
