Thug Clockripper

Thug Clockripper is the villain in Wooton Bassett's improvised Captain Absolutely adventure. He plots to release a gas over Metropolitanville that will make everyone laugh until nothing seems serious or meaningful. To spread it, Thug suspends the gas inside a giant balloon and sends it over the city. His scheme turns amusement into a weapon, replacing attention and judgment with endless distraction. Captain Absolutely, defender of truth and justice, intercepts a flying pencil and uses it to hurl the balloon into space before it can burst.
