The Unifier

The Unifier is a villain in Wooton Bassett's Captain Absolutely comic who claims unity as an excuse for total control. He smashes every building in Metropolitanville together so he can rule the entire city as one structure. His plan confuses sameness with genuine cooperation and turns order into domination. Captain Absolutely opposes him and eventually traps him inside the Orb of Order. The Unifier's exaggerated scheme runs beside a lesson about the Trinity: one God in three distinct persons, with unity that does not erase difference. Loud, destructive, and hungry for power, the Unifier provides a comic example of forced oneness. His defeat shows that bringing everything together physically cannot create the harmony, purpose, or relationship that true unity requires.
