Dr. Relative

Dr. Relative is Captain Absolutely's closest friend and secret enemy in Wooton Bassett's comic-book adventure. He insists that truth changes from person to person and that nothing can be called absolutely right or wrong. Behind that philosophy lies a villainous plan to spread a lie-virus through water, food, and air. Captain Absolutely eventually unmasks him and discovers that selfishness has twisted someone he trusted into an opponent of truth. Dr. Relative uses uncertainty as a weapon, hoping people will accept falsehood simply because he denies any fixed standard. His defeat comes when the Captain breaks those selfish shackles and exposes the contradiction at the heart of the villain's claim that there are no absolute truths.
