Parson Brown

Parson Brown is the pastor of Cozy Creek who invites Wally the Big Bad Wolf to church and asks the frightened community to consider forgiveness. Ralphie Pig objects loudly, claiming Wally destroyed his brothers' houses, while Little Red Riding Hood fears another trick. Parson Brown still gives the wolf an opportunity to apologize and face the people he has harmed. That welcome allows the truth to emerge: developer Ralphie secretly paid Wally to frighten residents away from valuable land. Once the deception is exposed, the town forgives Wally and Ralphie is taken away. Patient and courageous, Parson Brown refuses to let a terrible reputation close the church door. His invitation creates room for confession, justice, and redemption instead of allowing fear to decide who can change.
