Mustafa

Mustafa was a ruthless terrorist in the Red Scorpion organization, which stole the deadly Ruku virus and threatened cities around the world. He held agent Tasha Forbes prisoner in an Interlochen castle and captured Jason Whittaker when Jason attempted a rescue. Believing Dr. Regis Blackgaard served the terrorists, Mustafa moved to inject Jason with the virus. Blackgaard revealed that he had been working undercover and attacked him, but Mustafa struck back with the syringe. He later escaped, kidnapped Tasha again, and demanded a secret formula that could release the virus. Jason's false formula and hidden defenses ruined the exchange. Mustafa fled into Blackgaard's hands, where his violent campaign ended. Cruel and controlling, he used fear, disease, and hostages as weapons.
