Mr. Lyle

Mr. Lyle works with Lyle Architect, the company connected to the design of Whit's End. He is the grandson of the original architect and knows an important piece of the building's unusual history. When Whit investigates Kent Wakefield's claim that he once lived there, old blueprints point Whit toward Mr. Lyle. The architect explains that Whit's End was constructed on the site of Odyssey's former town church and was designed to resemble a private home. More importantly, its appearance was copied from the Tate House, a wealthy railroad developer's home that burned down years earlier. Mr. Lyle's knowledge confirms that Kent's memories may have a real foundation and gives Whit the clue needed to continue the mystery.
