Esteban

Esteban is a skilled knife thrower in Max's circus who secretly performs as the silent clown Noodles. Knife throwing honors his father and grandfather, but comedy is the work he truly loves. His double life draws suspicion when a saboteur begins causing dangerous accidents and Noodles is seen entering Esteban's trailer. Emily and Matthew eventually prove the two performers are one person. Esteban has not damaged the circus; he has quietly used Noodles to help Nina develop an act because he believes she has talent. His secret exposes the foolish divide between elite headliners and clowns.
