Ed

Ed is a postal worker in Odyssey, a small town where the mail carrier is a familiar and well-loved figure. He handles the delivery route long associated with Wooton Bassett, Odyssey's most unusual mailman, having taken it over from him. It is a route with a devoted following. Its residents once banded together in a chain of complaint letters to get their kind mailman back when he was briefly fired. Little else is recorded about Ed himself. He is known chiefly through the route he inherited and the outsized reputation of the man who walked it before him.
