Denver Thor

Denver Thor is Rodney Rathbone's friend and a member of the Bones of Rath. He joins Rodney in a scheme to win the Bible Bowl's Waterworld passes by photographing the answer sheets. When the camera disappears, Denver performs a tearful confession, promises to compete honestly, studies hard, and wins the contest. The repentance is part of the trick: Rodney stole his own camera, and the pair still plan to use the stolen answers. A photo-shop owner recognizes Denver in a newspaper picture, allowing Harlow Doyle and Lucy to expose the fraud at the Waterworld gate. Denver also enjoys mocking classmates such as Charles Thompson, but his jokes fall flat when Charles receives public honor for saving Odyssey's water system.
