Agent Dell Hayworth

Dell Hayworth is an agent with the State Department of Labor who has long suspected illegal activity at the Seawright glass factory. His superiors will not approve an investigation without evidence because the company is important to Greensburg. When Whit, Bernard, and Wooton report a secret midnight shift, Dell explains what proof could justify official action without directly sending them into danger. He later joins their watch and sees unmarked trucks bringing workers, including children, into the factory. Video evidence and Joseph Corelli's apparent kidnapping finally give him grounds to call in police. Dell helps expose an international network that trapped vulnerable workers through false promises, allowing authorities to rescue them and begin providing assistance.
