Arctic Blast

Arctic Blast is a personified category-four ice storm and a member of the Scrunch's League of Self-Seekers in a Thanksgiving tale about Muglueville. Assigned to freeze the roads, Arctic helps prevent relatives from visiting and supports the attempt to transform Thanksgiving into Thankstaking. The villains believe the holiday will disappear once food, travel, prayer, and tradition are removed. Instead, grateful songs rise from every home. As the Muglues count blessings that no storm can steal, Arctic's own frozen heart begins to thaw. He remembers the stranded Great Bumpkin and wants to help. Arctic Blast changes from an agent of isolation into one of the companions who carries the unrepentant Scrunch away for reforming, proving that gratitude can warm even a storm.
